We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client’s small but friendly office team in the Caerphilly area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to transition from a temporary to a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Handling general administrative duties
- Managing office communications and correspondence
- Maintaining and organizing office records
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination
- Providing support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior administrative experience is preferred
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm
Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
